We are seeking an experienced Leadership and Culture Specialist to join our People and Transformation team
- Newly created role in our Organisational Capability team
- Permanent full-time role, based at our new West Perth office
- Flexible / hybrid working arrangements supported including working from home

**About the role**

Reporting to the Group Manager - Organisational Capability, this role is responsible for developing Bethanie's Leadership Framework and associated Development Pathways to drive cultural change across the organisation.

A key focus for this role will be establishing the organisation's leadership stages, identifying the relevant leadership and management competencies, and deliberately designing and implementing pathways for leaders that support them to realise their own leadership potential. Duties will include:

- Developing Bethanie's consistent approach to culture development
- Creating an integrated Bethanie Behaviours, Leadership Framework and Culture Development approach that together drive sustainable organisational performance
- identifying and recommending a recognised Leadership/Culture methodology and diagnostic tool to be used for development and measurement

**About you**

You are passionate about identifying and developing potential leaders and creating opportunities for driving high performance in your organisation. You have successfully designed and implemented leadership development and culture transformation programs. You also have:

- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- A data-driven, strategic mindset with creative thinking and planning abilities
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology or a related field
