You'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for some of our most important clients, leading the charge to deliver work that's creatively brilliant and commercially smart.

What You'll Be Doing
Supported by the Executive Director and Managing Director of Newcastle, you'll lead key client accounts, driving exceptional delivery across brand, creative, digital, and integrated campaigns.
Responsible for the day to day delivery on a number of accounts, guiding and mentoring up to 2x Account Managers.
Provide clear leadership, mentoring, and support to your team, helping them do their best work.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our clients, becoming their go-to advisor.
Translate business problems and objectives into clear and actionable projects for the agency.
Partner with strategy, creative, media and production teams to turn client problems into impactful ideas and ensure they're delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.
Oversee the commercial health of your accounts - from accurate scoping and budgeting to proactive growth opportunities.
Spot opportunities to strengthen partnerships, grow revenue, and deliver innovative, effective solutions.
Represent Enigma in market - whether in pitches, thought leadership, or industry events.

What You'll Bring
Solid experience as an Account Director (or similar senior client service role) in an integrated agency environment, or a creative agency.
A proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery.
Strong experience of working in a traditional agency context with traffic, strategy and creative departments.
Strong commercial acumen - you understand how to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and spot growth opportunities.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to challenge and guide both clients and internal teams.
The ability to balance creative ambition with commercial responsibility.
An energetic, proactive, and positive presence in the agency.
