**_ Specific Tasks_**
- Manage and Co-ordinate Transport requirements for the Sydney/ NSW locations
- Liaise with other CMR locations regarding horse transport
- Process stable returns via stable assist for transported horses
- Manage Sydney stable raceday colours/horse ID cards
- Creating and managing horse door cards
- Maintaining and updating horse location boards
- Responsible for maintaining current & accurate excel spreadsheets to be provided to management and 3rd parties ( farriers, vets, chiro's, etc) when requested
- Assist in ID card arrival process

**_Requirements_**
- Strong organisational, time management, and computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Previous experience with the Prism platform is desirable but not essential

Full-time position

Salary ( remuneration TBA - based on experience)
