The role is full time in our Sydney Head Office.

The office is based right by Town Hall and easily accessible to transport.

Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5pm.

**About RNSW**:
Racing NSW is the governing body for horse racing in NSW. You will be joining head office with around 70 other employees who perform functions across our various departments.

Our mission statement is "To provide independent, strong and united leadership in the development and enhancement of the NSW Thoroughbred Racing Industry, which will lead to the maintenance of confidence in the integrity of the industry, improvement in its competitive position and increased financial returns to constituent stakeholders".

**About the role**:
Due to an internal promotion, a role has become available within our Property Department. You will be responsible for conducting a number property management functions including:

- Invoice and arrears management
- Lease execution
- Record keeping
- Routine inspections and reporting
- Maintenance and repairs
- Compliance management
- Ad-hoc capital improvement + project coordination

**Skills and experience**:
Previous property and/or thoroughbred industry experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
- Proven administration experience
- Good attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- The ability to multitask and keep track of various and ongoing tasks through to completion
- A 'can-do' attitude
- An interest to progress in property and/or racing is preferred

Remuneration will be dependent on experience.
