Triple Crown is a small but busy team and this role will suit someone who can work as a part of a team and also independently along with being a self-starter with excellent attention to detail.

**The key responsibilities for this role include;**
- Creation of paperwork for new horse sales e.g. Product Disclosure Statements, Deeds and Share Application forms.
- liaising with clients to ensure correct paperwork is received for new share sales
- Horse registrations
- Horse and share transfers
- Tried horse online sale listings
- Re-homing of retired racehorses
- Organisation of stable open days
- Assisting with client queries
- Liaising with Racing Authorities, Race Clubs, trainers/stables, farms, transporters, insurers etc
- Attendance at races on some weekends will also be required and on these occasions a day in lieu will be provided during the week
- General support for the Directors
- General support for the Racing Manager
- Access to your own car is essential

**The Successful applicant will;**
- Be very well organised and efficient
- Be highly motivated
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have excellent written and verbal skills
- Be able to work well independently and as a part of a team
- Enjoy building relationships
- Have an interest in the thoroughbred racing industry (preferable though not a prerequisite)

The salary will be commensurate with experience.
