Let's talk about this role

As a Junior Cybersecurity Officer, you will assist in the support of the protection of nib's systems, information and environment. You will gain exposure to cybersecurity activities e.g. penetration testing, cloud security, network security, vulnerability management and incident response. In addition, you will also get the opportunity to participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of nib's comprehensive information security capability.

Let's talk about you

We are looking for someone who is working towards information security industry certification(s) and/or degree qualifications in a related discipline, with a strong passion for Cybersecurity. Other attributes that will set you up for success include:
- Knowledge of IT security concepts e.g. incident response, vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, auditing, network security, access control etc- Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively- Excellent verbal, written and documentation skills- Public cloud infrastructure and security tooling knowledge would be highly regarded
