**A little about the role**:

- Its all about finding a solution for our customers, which often involves finding the perfect storage unit and/or packaging materials for their needs.
- Support the centre manager in the day to day operations of the facility.
- Work closely with your Centre Manager at both our Port Melbourne and Huntingdale sites to achieve your set KPI targets at both centres.
- Create an enjoyable experience for our customers and team.
- Freedom to work autonomously

**Who you are**:
A passionate person with a customer service centric ethos. You share the enthusiasm in our journey to making Kennards Self Storage a famous Australian Household brand.

**This is what you will need**:

- Previous experience in customer service and sales positions.
- You get a buzz when you find that solution for your customers.
- Pro-active and not afraid to take the lead.
- Proven ability to make decisions on your own.
