Take your first steps into Service Leadership with our Assistant Manager/Educational Leader roles. Work closely alongside our OSHC Managers and have a positive influence across various aspects of the Service.

Build on your leadership and personal communication skills whilst assisting to provide all necessary support to the wider team, families and children, as well as contributing to the professional development needs of team members.

Key duties will include:

- Assistance with the day-to-day operations and stepping onto the floor to support the team when necessary.
- Develop weekly programs that align with children's interests and that engage and inspire them
- Be responsible for responding to enquiries, conducting service tours and assisting with planning incursions and excursions.
- Develop and maintain important relationships with our children, families, and your team to ensure a positive work and care environment for all.
- Be guided through a training program that ultimately enables you to step-up and confidently take on management responsibilities when your OSHC Manager is away and with a long-term view to internal promotion.
