We are on the hunt for assistant manager/barista, who is enthusiastic, customer focused and self motivated, with a high level of integrity. The crew here at Kirkwood are hands on, with a focus on delivering "old school" customer service to the local community.

**Your Role**
- Support the Operations Manager in daily operations
- Lead stock management and ordering
- Assist the head barista, coffee skills are a must
- Motivate a high-performing team and drive sales
- Hands-on involvement providing an excellent standard of service. Provide guidance and training to our team.
- Assist the Operations Manager in cultivating a healthy, professional work environment.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about deli offerings, including ingredients, flavors, and preparation techniques, to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food items, maintaining cleanliness of personal hygiene, and following safety protocols to minimize hazards.

The successful applicant will be required to work early mornings shifts and afternoon, weekend and public holiday shifts. One weekend day is a must.
