In September 2018 Accent Group launched The Trybe online into the Australian marketplace. The Trybe is the destination for the best assortment of kids branded footwear housing global and premium brands such as Nike, Vans, adidas, Converse, Dr. Martens, Polo Ralph Lauren and more. **About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for a Brand Marketing Lead for amazing brand The Trybe to join our Retail Brands division. Reporting to the Head of The Trybe, your responsibilities will include managing the strategy, budget and overall execution of end to end marketing across The Trybe. This will be exercised through true Omni-Channel campaigns and executions, while fostering strong brand partner relationships and communication.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- The Brand Partnership and Marketing Lead will work closely with the Head of The Trybe to build marketing strategies for our key brand partners that ensures effective use of co-op spend and that all key product stories are being told.
- Liaise with brand partners to align on all plans, execute campaigns and ensure global approvals are given prior to any campaign
- Manage marketing budgets & calendar to ensure all campaigns and strategy timelines are being adhered to.
- Responsible for building end to end GTM plans for all brand partners and brand campaigns.
- Work with key stakeholders from Buying, Planning, VM and Digital & Ecomm teams to ensure effective campaign roll out.
- Report on all campaign results which will be shared externally and internally.
- Maximise brand partners co-op as well as managing and tracking all marketing co-op spend to ensure all reimbursements are raised and paid
- This role requires close collaboration with the digital teams, and Head of The Trybe to ensure plan and execution of strategy aligns with online business objectives from website content, social platforms, eDM builds and SEO/Blog program.
- Responsible for scheduling social content - The Trybe (AU), growth, revenue, and engagement.
- Work closely with The Agency & Creative teams to build, plan and support creative briefs to ensure digital campaigns are executed and go-to-market activity aligns with brand guidelines.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer marketing strategy.
- Responsible for end-to-end direction and organisation of campaign/social shoots including sourcing samples, scouting locations, organising talent etc.
- Building brand proposals, GTM and retail directives, and post campaign reports.
- Responsible for store POS and the retail roll out of Primary & Secondary campaigns, and in-store POS working closely with print production teams/suppliers.
- Support CRM with tactful initiatives.
- Fulfil influencer seeding (team and influencer).
- Responsible for driving centre marketing relationship and placement.
- Manage and fulfill all store POP requests.
- Raise PO's & invoices to ensure the PO tracker is always up to date and invoices are paid before any activity goes live.
**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:
- Previous experience in End-to-end campaign planning, execution, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience fostering Brand Partner Relationships
- Content Creation and Production for digital campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, with the ability to multi-task and run projects simultaneously.
