**A little bit about the role**:
As Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Brand Lead in our Brand Team.**
The role will include:
- Spearhead the planning, implementation and evaluation of brand, video and content strategies, ensuring exceptional quality and alignment with stakeholder and client expectations.
- Oversee brand projects, events, campaigns, and content activity, ensuring consistent, brand aligned messaging across all touch points.
- Lead the execution of brand advertising, research, product, and promotional activity, within agreed timeframes and budget/forecast.
- Champion the role of brand and content, guiding creative direction for key stakeholders with an omnichannel approach.
- Manage 3 direct reports with a focus on upskilling, collaboration, mentoring and proofing work.
- Translate complex content by storytelling to deliver highly engaging content for defined target audiences, with a focus on social and digital channels.
- Represent Brand within cross-functional projects to deliver brand and strategic communication plans.
- Develop and implement effective marketing dashboards and reports that inform performance across key brand health metrics.
**What will you bring**:
- 7+ years relevant marketing experience, specifically in brand management, advertising campaigns, communications, website, planning and market research.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Communications.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy development and execution to drive brand propositions and achieve brand/organisational objectives.
- Proven track record in omnichannel content development with strong copywriting skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in empowering team members to contribute their expertise towards achieving shared objectives.
- Proficiency in establishing and monitoring KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives to drive informed decision-making.
- Exceptional relationship communication and influencing skills.
- Skilled in project management.
- Demonstrated capacity to operate successfully in a changing, complex environment.
- Thorough understanding of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation.
