About This Role

This position is a key opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business by driving strategic marketing initiatives across our Distributed Brands Division. We seek a Marketing Lead with a proven track record in executing go-to-market strategies, creative development, and campaign execution.

  • Develop and implement monthly campaigns that align with our brand's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop local PR plans and execute visual merchandising and point-of-purchase displays.
  • Liaise with shopping centre marketing contacts and teams to ensure seamless activation and execution.
  • Manage and maintain brand-owned spaces in CAT doors and report updates to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven track record in using Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Degree qualified in Business or Marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
