Senior Consultant Loyalty Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to drive growth, deliver market leading loyalty propositions, and evolve our Personal Everyday Banking loyalty offers and rewards program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of a market leading loyalty proposition: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in customers, deposits, and Bank of Choice.
  • Deliver on the strategic roadmap: Collaborate with the team to design and execute the loyalty proposition, ensuring it meets clear outcomes aligned with customer need, commercial sustainability, and technical feasibility.
  • Manage and engage key stakeholders: Build relationships with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to align on shared success.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience: Proven track record of working in a similar Senior Consultant Loyalty Program, driving ideas and innovation, customer strategy, and execution.
  • Financial modelling experience: Ability to develop pricing, commercial modelling, customer value, and differentiating features and rewards.
  • Agile Ways of Working: Experience working in an Agile environment, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication skills: Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively.
