Your new role and how you'll make a difference_**

You'll work in close collaboration with the Client Delivery team to support efficient and effective project delivery to illion clients.

Reporting to the Head of Client Delivery; the Project Coordinator/Analyst delivers value and insights into project execution to ensure client satisfaction and strategic business objectives are met.

Requirements of this position include:

- Transparent governance reporting
- Key insights into proposed and inflight projects
- Continuous improvement of processes and tools

**Qualifications**:

The value-add things you'll be doing_**
- Accurate and timely preparation of reporting and data insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Active research and data analysis of inflight projects to prepare and present new insights leading to greatly improved client and business outcomes.
- Provide project managers with support to access project processes, tools and templates
- Maintenance of project management collateral: processes, templates, tools and training.
- Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.

**_ The experience and qualifications you'll need to be successful_**
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and ready to hit the ground running in a busy and collaborative team
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, tact and discretion.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in monitoring and analysing project resource utilisation and financials.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience as a PMO Coordinator or Analyst in a complex PMO environment
