This role is at the heart of our Strategic Channel Mix, supporting the Mars Petcare Strategy in Action.
You'll be responsible for delivering against commercial targets, leading key customer partnerships, and enabling excellence in field execution – all while simplifying ways of working and driving efficiency.
Strong commercial and customer management experience, ideally in FMCG or wholesale channels.Proven ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
