Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced site-based Quality Coordinator to join our Chinchilla-based team on a permanent basis.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule and to client specifications.
You will be managing, implementing and monitoring quality systems, training and qualifying welding personnel and supervising/conducting inspections of welding activities.
Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:Opportunity for growth and career development.2:1 Roster with accommodation provided.Work across various sites in the Surat Basin.Supportive team environment.Responsibilities will include:Actively communicating and contributing towards a positive Quality cultureWorking with Leads to identify improvement opportunities and drive to implement plans to achieve quality project delivery.Coordinating the management of quality delivery, from kick off through to close out, working closely with the Quality Sponsors, Captains and Action Owners.Coordinating Lessons Learnt record, including communication and tracking with relevant stakeholders.Maintaining and monitoring Quality systems and procedures.Working with planners for the completions process of scopes and work packs.Leading Quality workshops and coordinating Quality training.Providing updates during the review audit on progress.Communicating delivery progress to the Construction Team and relevant stakeholders.Raising Non-Conformance Reports.What you will bringPrevious experience working in the resources sector in a Quality role.An understanding of quality systems, processes, audits and general requirements for the construction and maintenance industries.Confident user of MS Office Suite.Well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.A motivated and proactive approach to quality management and reporting.The ability to obtain relevant information, identify key issues and relationships, compare data from different sources and identify cause-effect relationships.A clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.Proof of right to work in Australia.Life at MonadelphousWe celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
