About the Role

The Digital Coordinator is part of our fun loving Marketing team, and plays a key role in executing, optimising and measuring the impact of Camp Quality's marketing efforts through data-driven decision-making.

This is a platform-focused role that supports our Digital Platform Manager. You will enjoy working with digital tools to build and maintain websites, create and manage email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns, implement SEO strategies, and analyse performance metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates. You will work across:

  • Website and microsite builds including creating, updating and maintaining pages (no coding required, but strong CMS skills are essential)
  • Email marketing (EDMs) including building and scheduling A/B segmentation campaigns, testing templates, managing lists and reporting on performance.
  • SEO implementation including applying keyword research, on-page optimisation and technical practices.
  • Analytics and optimisation including monitoring performance, interpreting data and recommending improvements.

Experience and Knowledge

Essential:

  • 1-2 years of experience in website management (preferably WordPress CMS or Funraisin)
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing automation and lead generation tools (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with updating and uploading website content, including text, images, videos, and downloadable resources.
  • Ability to build and optimise email campaigns and custom customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • A love of data Interest and proficiency with Excel for interpreting campaign data to generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of how to run A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times and creative to enhance email campaign performance.
  • HTML and CSS understanding for basic website and email updates and troubleshooting.

Preferred:

  • Experience using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance, user behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its application in digital marketing and customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of how email marketing integrates with other digital marketing channels for cohesive multi-channel campaigns.
  • Understanding of peer-to-peer campaigns, raffles, and fundraising for non-profits.

Qualifications and Training

  • Degree in Marketing, or similar

  • Sound project management skills
  • A highly organised person, you are adaptable, able to prioritise, meet tight deadlines and successfully coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Current Working With Children's check
  • Some out-of-hours work and inter / intra state travel may be required
