The Opportunity
As
National Retail Manager
, you will oversee the end-to-end retail operations across a network of boutiques, leading and mentoring store teams to achieve excellence in customer experience, sales performance, and brand execution. Working closely with the executive team, you'll play a key role in shaping the retail strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multi-site retail operations across Australia
Inspire and develop store teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed KPIs
Implement strategies to drive sales, profitability, and customer engagement
Uphold and enhance visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
Collaborate with marketing, product, and head office teams to align on national initiatives
Provide data-driven insights and reporting to inform business decisions
Contribute to business planning, expansion strategies, and operational improvement
Who You Are
A proven retail leader with experience in
multi-site management
– ideally within fashion or premium lifestyle sectors
Strategic, commercially astute, and performance-driven
Passionate about fashion, customer experience, and team development
Hands-on, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
