We're looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented Building Designer to join our collaborative team and support our design delivery pipeline across detached, terrace, and integrated housing.What You'll DoPrepare and manage high-quality design documentation across DA, CDC, and CC phasesTranslate concepts into working drawings, ensuring compliance with BCA, NCC, SEPP, LEP, and DCPCollaborate with internal stakeholders (planning, construction, sales) to resolve technical issues earlyLiaise with councils and certifiers to support smooth approvals and complianceMaintain consistency across BIM libraries, templates, and drawing standardsWork closely with the pre-construction team to meet project deadlines with precisionAbout YouCertificate IV or relevant qualification in Building Design or Residential DraftingProficient in Archicad (required); Revit experience highly desirableStrong knowledge of compliance documentation and Australian construction standardsDemonstrated experience in residential design (e.g. detached homes, terraces, duplexes)High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionallyEnjoy working in a team that values efficiency, quality, and continuous improvementWhy Sekisui House?
