Job Title: Graduate Architect and/or Interior Designer VISA Status: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Only Location: Sydney, CBDEmployment Type: Full-time Department: Design Department / Project TeamPosition Summary: Our client, a renowned architectural firm, is seeking a motivated and creative Graduate Architect and/or Interior Designer to join their team.
As part of the design team, you will work under the guidance of experienced architects and contribute to a wide range of projects.
This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your professional skills as an architect.Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing design proposals and creating presentation materials Prepare drawings and 3 D models primarily using Revit, as well as Auto CAD and other tools Produce renderings using Lumion or Enscape Support in preparing project documentation and conducting research Participate in site visits and record existing building conditions Research building materials, codes, and construction techniques Assist in coordination with external consultants, contractors, and internal teams Organize and manage design documentation and records Support compliance checks with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability requirementsQualifications: Internship or part-time experience at an architectural firm is a plus (but not required)Proficiency in Revit, Auto CAD, and Adobe Creative Suite Passion for architecture and design, with a desire to learn and grow Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic knowledge of building codes and design processesPreferred Skills & Experience: Interest or knowledge in sustainable architecture (e.g.
