About the Role
We are seeking a Client Coordinator to support the delivery of exceptional client services. In this role, you will manage enquiries, understand operational processes, and ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing incoming communications, including phone and email enquiries, while maintaining high standards of responsiveness.
Overseeing production-related enquiries, including cataloguing, accessioning, processing, and dispatch.
Acting as the first point of contact for client and general enquiries, providing professional, client-focused responses.
Delivering training and support on the ClientWeb platform to help clients use the system effectively.
Managing debtor processes, including accurate billing, invoice verification, and timely credit processing.
About You
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, client-focused approach.
Experience in client service, administration, or office support, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Some experience delivering basic training or guidance to clients is desirable.
Ability to follow established processes and contribute to smooth operational workflows.
