Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong alignment with our brand values.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service and ensuring the full store experience is met.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Process stock deliveries and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels at all times.
Requirements:
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
  • Strong alignment with our brand values, including flexibility and reliability.
  • Retail or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as we value attitude over experience.
