Working collaboratively with the wider team, you will be working on a variety of projects for enterprise-level, high traffic clients. With a client waitlist and no direct competition, this agency is truly the best at what they do

**Your day-to-day**:

- Conducting user research, including defining scope, planning, executing and reporting
- Analysing customer feedback data to provide actionable insights
- Setting up and analysing user sessions to identify website pain points
- Conducting competitor analysis to understand online marketing strategies
- Proposing new navigational structures through user testing
- Evaluating websites and providing recommendations based on user experience and conversion optimisation
- Managing multiple projects and timelines
- Communicating user research findings to stakeholders in an engaging and compelling manner.

**About you**:

- Experience in UX/CX research, including surveys, user reviews, session recordings, usability studies, competitor analysis, and information architecture
- Ability to summarise findings and present them to team and stakeholders in a clear, actionable and engaging way
- Comfortable in the full research process, including planning, scoping, conducting, analysing and communicating
- Enjoyment of working in a collaborative, data-driven, and creative environment
- Experience in A/B testing is an advantage
