UX Design Lead

We are seeking a User Experience Expert to elevate our product experience. As a key member of a cross-functional team, you will own the end-to-end experience, ensuring our products are not only functional but cohesive, seamless, and delightful to use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead user research initiatives, including interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and feedback synthesis.
  • Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experiences that address real user needs.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system to drive consistency, efficiency, and a cohesive visual language across all products.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Technical Leads to validate ideas early and ensure feasibility.
  • Establish UX standards across the platform for quality and continuity.
  • Advocate for the user and champion design thinking throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Iterate rapidly on concepts based on customer feedback and evolving business needs.
Requirements/Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design of enterprise software, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic, end-to-end design work.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining design systems at scale.
  • Proficiency in UX research methods, interaction design, and usability testing.
  • Skilled in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and a user-centered mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence and inspire across disciplines.
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams—ideally in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
