Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced UX designer to lead our design strategy and execution, collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver user-centred designs that simplify complex interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the end-to-end design process from concept to implementation, ensuring consistent high-quality experiences across our platforms.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to translate requirements into intuitive designs that manage priorities across teams.
  • Conducting user research and workshops to gather insights on customer needs and behaviours, incorporating these findings into data-driven design decisions.
  • Developing and maintaining design systems, creating guidelines and component libraries to maintain consistency and streamline workflows.
  • Mentoring junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-quality craftsmanship within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, with 5+ years in UX/product design for complex software.
  • Skilled in Figma and able to mentor junior team members. Familiarity with product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experienced in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows and design systems that support diverse customer use cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to use qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
