We are currently seeking to recruit a Case Manager at an exciting time of growth for our business.
**About the Role**:
- Have quality conversations with our customers to explain the claims process and provide personalised support and guidance to assist with their recovery.
- Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation and analyse/interpret medical reports and other information.
- Collaborate with our customers, their legal representative, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers to facilitate rehabilitation, return to work and recovery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Work with a team of passionate professionals committed to making a difference.
**About You**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Meeting Key Results metrics, which are in line with overall business objectives
- Familiarity with MS Office Products
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret legislation
- Strong analytical skills
