We are currently seeking to recruit Case Managers at an exciting time of growth for our business

You will be responsible for- Proactive management of your own CTP claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation- Maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants- Compliance focus- Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.- Assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements- Assess and manage injury needs of claimants, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment and rehabilitation and analyse/interpret medical reports and other information.

About you- Ability to work within a team environment- Familiarity with MS Office Products- Strong work ethic and time management skills- Attention to detail and ability to interpret legislation- Strong analytical skills- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle diificult conversations
