Responsibilities may include:

- Undertaking end to end case management activities, sometimes on complex cases
- Attending conferences, conciliations and hearings
- Preparing documents detailing resolution options and outcomes

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for these roles, you must be an Australian Citizen and demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience working in a case management, complaints resolution, insurance or legislative based role
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise work
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of various stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and to work through conclusions independently
- Opportunities available for those at a more senior level to act as Team Lead for 2-4 case managers (APS6 vacancies) or to manage up to 6's Team Leads (EL1 vacancies)
- Ideal - qualifications in Legal or similar field
- Ideal - experience or previous working experience in the disability field

**What you'll get in return**

In exchange for your commitment, a competitive hourly rate + 11% superannuation will be offered, as well as the support of guidance of a dedicated Recruitment Consultant throughout your assignment. On an initial casual contract through Hays for 12 months, you will develop your skills in a highly sought-after agency and have the potential for longer term employment.
