In this varied role, you'll play an important part in ensuring concrete is produced to the correct specifications and that daily operations run smoothly.
You'll be operating a front-end loader, primarily moving raw materials around the site, and assisting with general maintenance and yard duties.This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for additional hours through rostered Saturdays and overtime as required.For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity for further training to operate a concrete batching plant and grow your skills in the industry.ResponsibilitiesFront end loader operationPlant maintenanceGeneral labouring and house keepingFollow all CoR and health and safety policies and proceduresWhat you will need to succeedFront end loader ticket and experienceExcellent communication skillsBe able to work as part of a small team and independentlyGood mechanical aptitudeAbility to prioritise tasks effectively and problem solveOur BusinessHy-Tec is a leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates, and sands to various construction sectors.
