This role will be responsible for the ongoing successful development and monitoring of compliance and reporting against the NDIS and Aged Care standards.

The growth and span of the organisation combined with the ongoing compliance scrutiny and requirements requires an expert to steer Community Vision more effectively as a dedicated compliance partner.

Ideally, this role would suit someone with previous experience in Aged Care and Disability, strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to drive change. May suit a Nurse, lecturer or L&D looking to take the next step in their career.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required**
- Sound knowledge of Aged Care and or NDIS legislation and subsequent regulatory requirements, and Quality Standards
- Experience in developing policies and procedures
- Stakeholder influence and management including presentation and report writing skills
