ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Commis Chef, you will play a key role in crafting our à la carte and special occasions menus.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of dishes that showcase the best of land, sea, and earth, as well as contributing to the creation of impressive sides.
From the initial stages of meal preparation to the final presentation, you will be an essential part of delivering a culinary experience that captivates our guests.

ABOUT YOU:
Trade qualification or equivalent (Cert III in Commercial Cookery)
Dedication to the production, preparation, and presentation of dishes of the highest quality
Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
Team player attitude and willingness to work within a large, diverse team.
Commitment and passion for high-end service always ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Adhere to strict stock rotation and minimum wastage guidelines.
Ability to maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment.
