**About this role**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and updating agency databases, files and records.
- Coordinating and preparing model portfolios, comp cards and other promotional materials.
- Assisting with model bookings and liaising with clients.
- Performing general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning and filing documents.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of the modelling industry is a plus, but not required.
