Your Role as Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor:
Oversee daily operations, including compliance, enrolments, rostering, and creating a safe, nurturing environment.
Lead a passionate team with warmth, clarity, and respect.
Fulfil Nominated Supervisor responsibilities in line with National Law and Regulations.
Manage documentation, occupancy, and centre finances with accuracy and strategic care.
Build strong, trusting relationships with families, children, educators, and the wider community.
Support professional growth through mentoring, feedback, and shared goals.
Champion continuous improvement and ensure alignment with the NQF, EYLF, and organisational values.
About You:
Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
Proven leadership experience with strong knowledge of regulations, frameworks, and quality standards
A supportive and empathetic communicator, known for leading with clarity, care, and strong organisational skills.

Business-minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Skilled in rostering, CCS systems, financial oversight, and daily operations and confident using Qikkids, Storypark, and Microsoft Office
Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Child Protection training certifications
Thrive in dynamic environments and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
