About the Role As Centre Director , you will: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, compliance, and financial performance Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs Foster strong and respectful partnerships with families and the local community Ensure adherence to NQS, EYLF, and regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with your Area Director to drive enrolments and strategic goals Promote a culture of continuous improvement and shared success What You'll Need Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised) Previous experience in a Centre Director, Service Manager, or 2 IC role In-depth understanding of the NQS, EYLF, and Education and Care Services National Law Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, and Food Safety Supervisor Training certificate.
