Are you a passionate and experienced early childhood leader ready to take the next step? Busy Bees at Woolloongabba East is a purpose-built, located South East of Brisbane City. You'll be supported by a trusted Area Director, an experienced team of educators, and a national network that prioritises quality, leadership development, and meaningful connections with families.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will:

• Oversee daily operations, compliance, staffing, and service quality

• Lead, inspire, and support your team to deliver high-quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS

• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community

• Drive continuous improvement through critical reflection and collaboration

• Ensure all practices align with ACECQA standards and Busy Bees policies

• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive team culture

What You'll Need

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

• Centre leadership experience in an Early Learning setting

• Current WWCC (Blue card) and valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

• Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training and Food Safety Supervisor training certificate

• Excellent knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, and regulatory requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

• A passion for leading services that make a meaningful impact
