As part of the group Lindsay Transport is the largest transporter of fresh produce in Australia, specialising in temperature sensitive, time-slotted freight into Central Markets and major Grocery Distribution Centres to help our customers best meet their national supply chain needs. Lindsay Rural and the Hunters business provide essential services and products to rural Australia across most Australian growing regions.

Today we employ over 1,800 exceptional individuals, with roughly 35% based in Regional Australia, and together we service over 1.5 million tonnes of temperature-controlled freight every year across the country.

**The Role**

We are looking for a Compliance Monitoring Officer to ne based at Acacia Ridge to work on a 4 on 4 off, 12 hour roster

**Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Monitor the temperature of the fleets refrigerated trailers and containers to ensure they have been set correctly and make changes where necessary.
- Data entry and maintenance of other compliance related information and documentation
- Generating & sending multiple reports
- Educating staff on compliance issues
- Conducting welfare checks on Drivers

**About You**:
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience within heavy industry/ logistics and compliance is advantageous.
- High level reasoning, problem solving and excellent organisational skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise competing objectives.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office
