As a compliance officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's policies and procedures align with industry standards. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining quality systems that meet regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conducting internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supporting the quality manager in key projects from concept to completion.
  • Assisting with identifying and monitoring corrective actions/plans.
  • Conducting feedback reviews for internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience within the Human Services sector.
  • Strong research skills and quality auditing skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of risk management.
  • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.

Additional Requirements:

  • QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • QLD Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Licensed Care Suitability Check (LCS2).
  • National Criminal History Check.
