This role is for someone who loves offensive security and wants the space to explore, research, and make a tangible impact.
What's in it for you Dedicated R&D time – up to 10 days per year for CVE discovery, tool development, or research projects Annual training budget + funded conference attendance (AISA, OWASP, BSides, etc.) 3 paid volunteer leave days per year to support causes you care about Flexible work-from-home arrangements to support life-work balance Perks – inner-city parking, laundry service, fresh fruit, coffee, team social events Your new roleYou'll be doing hands-on offensive security work across: Penetration testing of WebApps, infrastructure, wireless, mobile, and cloud environments Active Directory testing (Ad testing) using tools like BloodHound Red- and purple-team engagements to simulate real-world attacks Vulnerability assessments and exploit development where required Translating complex findings into plain-English reports for technical and executive audiences Scoping new engagements and shaping how offensive security services are delivered You'll also be encouraged to experiment, publish research, and contribute ideas to improve tools, processes, and assessments.
What you'll bringYou'll succeed here if you have: Proven offensive security / penetration testing experience Hands-on experience with Active Directory attacks and testing, including tools like BloodHound Strong scripting ability (Python, PowerShell; Ruby is a bonus) Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (OWASP ASVS, CVSS, NIST, ISO) Ability to communicate findings clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders Certifications like OSCP, OSEP, or equivalent hands-on experience are highly regarded This is your chance to deliver high-impact work, take part in research, and grow your technical and professional skills all while working with a team that values quality over volume.
