Offensive Security Specialist Role

We are seeking an Offensive Security Specialist to fill a key position within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience with offensive security tools and techniques, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across applications, networks, and systems
  • Participate in red teaming exercises and scenario-based security simulations
  • Provide clear, actionable advice to clients based on technical findings

Candidates will work closely with senior specialists who will mentor and support their growth, providing autonomy to explore and innovate.

Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with offensive security tools, such as Nmap and Burp Suite
  • Participation in Capture the Flag (CTF) competitions or similar challenges
  • Built or developed applications, either at work or personally
  • A self-starter mindset and a passion for continuous learning and professional development

Strong communication skills are essential, enabling the successful candidate to explain complex issues in plain language and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
