, we're looking for an
Offensive Security Specialist (Associate)
to join our growing team of offensive security specialists. This is your chance to work on real-world security challenges, learn from experienced professionals, and make a tangible impact on Australia's cyber resilience.
What You'll Do
As part of our Offensive Security team, you'll dive into a variety of security assurance activities, including:
- Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across applications, networks, and systems
- Red teaming and scenario-based security exercises
- Translating technical findings into clear, actionable advice for clients
You'll work closely with senior specialists who will mentor and support your growth, while giving you the autonomy to explore and innovate.
What We're Looking For
We're after curious, driven individuals who love solving complex problems and thinking like an attacker. Ideally, you have:
- Hands-on experience with offensive security tools (e.g., Nmap, Burp Suite, BloodHound)
- Participated in Capture the Flag (CTF) competitions or similar challenges
- Built or developed applications—whether at work or in your own time
- A self-starter mindset and a passion for continuous learning
Strong communication skills are essential—you'll need to explain technical issues in plain language and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
