**Key Accountabilities include**:

- End-to-end cross functional ticket management process from initial enquiry to resolution for our consumers
- Identifying and escalating enquiries that pose significant business risk
- Complete all required tagging and reporting on consumer contacts and sentiment
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
