We are looking for a current Cash Services team member with experience in the Cash Services Administrator role to take up this permanent full-time opportunity.

**About the role**

As the Cashier Services Administrator, you will report to the Cash Services Manager and be responsible for all administrative tasks that support the Cash Services departmental function. This will include maintaining confidential records, filing reports, preparation and dissemination of correspondence, and the collation of all related materials to ensure compliance and ease of retrieval.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Collect data and compile special reports as directed by the Cashier Services Manager
- Collate statistical information from daily shift reports for dissemination on a regular and yearly basis to management, and government agencies when required
- Ensure timely renewal of all mandatory licences
- Manage end to end process of all purchasing and finance administration, including electronic invoicing, for the Cashier Services department in line with company process and procedure
- Liaise with external parties and suppliers in regard to the provision of goods and services
- Work with management to maximise process improvement for tasks
- Work with management to identify high risk operational practices and ensure adequate controls are documented in SOP's and training materials
- Work closely with the stakeholders in the development of any additional procedures and policies, and assist with rollout and training of those procedures and policies
- Monitor (measure) and review operational adherence
- Continually review operational processes to ensure that they are optimal and balance operational controls with productivity improvements.
- Monitor & investigate non-conformances, breaches and gaming errors (with department leads) and determine root cause then provide recommendations to resolve
- Maintain a guest focus at all times, ensuring a corporate level of communication is role modelled at all times
- Use discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling information related to the business
- Report and concerns or breach of policy and procedure to Cashier Services Manager or senior management

**About you**
- Current member of the Cash Services team with experience as a Cash Services Administrator
- Tertiary studies in business/accounting or related field desirable
- Working knowledge of domestic and international banking requirements
- Experience in a casino cage and/or gaming environment
- Knowledge of cage, count and patron account procedures
- Understanding of relevant statutory and reporting requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
