**Your new role**

This is a newly created permanent role within our new Retirement Domain and plays a pivotal role in helping develop and monitor performance metrics for the Domain and the overall progress of the retirement business roadmap. You will work closely with the Senior Manager to collaborate with key stakeholders to analyse and track performance against strategic goals and assist with generating insights into opportunities to evolve these measures over time.

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Assisting with the development and ongoing reporting of the retirement metrics framework.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders in the Member Segments & Performance department to develop performance metrics for the Retirement Domain, including any reporting required to track and monitor the RIC objectives.
- Assisting with analysing and tracking performance against strategic goals.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new retirement measures. Nurturing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the Fund.

**What you'll need**
- Deep technical knowledge and experience relating to retirement.
- Experience in using analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- 3-5 years' experience within Financial Services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the legislative framework impacting on the superannuation industry.
- Background in data analytics and translating complex information into simple succinct messages and content tailored for different audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to pull together purposeful reports with insights, recommendations, and actions.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills RG146 desired
