As a **Hotel Assistant Manager **at The Star Residences, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of luxury hospitality, working alongside a dedicated team of professionals in one of the most iconic and prestigious properties on the Gold Coast. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential tower, ensuring seamless service delivery and an unparalleled guest experience.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring operational excellence
- Lead and support the development of team members to ensure career growth
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and tact
- Maintain accurate duty manager log books

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of Opera property management system
- Flexibility availability including evenings and weekends
