**About the role |**12 Month Fixed Term Contract**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed and conscientious individual to support the fraud and financial crime division in preventing fraud and fraud losses across the organisation.

In this position you will analyse internet and digital banking payments made by our customers. You will be primarily responsible for making contact with customers to verify the legitimacy of transactions and ultimately mitigate fraud activity.

**What would be your key responsibilities?**

Additional responsibilities include;
- You will document the record of activities related to fraud related tasks
- Ensure day to day operations including systems, service, advice and support are Customer-centric, relevant, correct, consistent, clear and concise
- Document the record of activities related to fraud related tasks
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve the efficiency
- Provide additional administrative tasks to support the Fraud and Security team.
- Think outside the box - utilise personal, technical and industry knowledge to identify potential risks and opportunities
