**About the role**:
We have various opportunities available for motivated New Home Consultant to work from Camden display centre.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Understanding and assessing customer needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Selling contract homes, house and land packages and display homes.
- Generating leads by engaging customers within the display homes
- Work from allocated display home answering customer inquiries and provide information relating to the construction and purchase of Rawson homes to ensure customer understanding.
- Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets
- Showing clients around the Display Home and explaining options and standard features
- Overseeing the display home is kept maintained to the highest of standards
- Prepare sales tender requests, including performing site inspections if necessary and attending presentation of the tender to the customer in line with company procedures.
- Provide customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
- Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners, such as land developers

**To succeed you must be**:

- Minimum 3 years Sales experience with proven closing ability
- Knowledge of the building industry preferred
- Experience with CRM system
- Excellent Customer services skills

- Outgoing, friendly and able to build rapport with people on all levels
- Energetic, enthusiastic and professional with excellent presentation
- Committed, driven and self-motivated to achieve and exceed your own goals and targets
- A team player who is also capable of working independently
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Able to think fast and problem solve
- Available and willing to work weekends and public holidays - this is a non-negotiable for the position
