**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Marketing & Design Coordinator to undertake a diverse range of administrational tasks within the School. In this dynamic role, you will have the ability to work independently as well as within a team, providing marketing services to parents, students, school staff and the wider school community. The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge and understanding of contemporary marketing and design strategies, processes, and operations.

This is a term time position plus an additional 3 weeks (40) weeks.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinating College events including Academic and Co-curricular evenings,
- Creating school newsletters, and other forms of publications.
- Manage promotions and marketing of the School by organising photo shoots, advertising externally, engaging with established and new community members and organisations.
- Manage printing internal and external publications, including parent information booklets, Yearbook.
- Digital Marketing

**About You**:

- Exceptional attention to detail, and organisational skills;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work well within a team;
- Enjoy working in an energetic and busy office environment;
- Experience in Marketing is ideal but not essential;
- Have or be willing to obtain a 'Working with Children Blue Card' prior to commencement.
