">Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Digital/Design and Marketing or equivalent industry experience. They will be responsible for maintaining our website, updating content, design and compliance requirements using a Content Management System (CMS).

  • Website maintenance - update content, design and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinating print and distribution of brand and/or campaign collateral.
  • Event support coordinating printed materials, merchandise, venue set-up and stakeholder management.
  • Manage external partners i.e., print, signage, warehouse management.
  • Manage the administration of marketing invoices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform weekly WIP updates with Marketing Manager.
  • Process invoices on a regular basis.
  • Monthly reporting including Campaign PIRs.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Digital/Design and Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, previous experience in marketing ideally in a service industry.
  • Experience in Adobe Design Suite (in Design, Photoshop, Illustrator) and intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is highly regarded.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, positive can-do approach and willingness to learn.
