What We're Looking for in You:
Retail Management Experience
is essential
High-Volume Stock Management-
is highly preferred
Individual Leadership Style
- bring your skills and leadership experience to lead & inspire your team.
Positive, Goal-Oriented Attitude-
drive growth and talent pipelines within your department and store.
Strong Communication Skills-
ability to lead and mentor effectively both written and verbal.
First Aid Certification
(or willingness to complete training at our expense.)
Strong Computer Skills
to manage inventory and all reporting tools.
Visual Merchandising
- ability to work with planograms, promotional activates and stock rotation
Business Acumen-
work with sales and stock reports daily to effectivity action change.
Full time availability across late nights & weekends.
