Overview

Cook - Cranbourne role at Regis Aged Care.

The opportunity: Supporting the Chef Manager with kitchen compliance, production & delivery of high-quality meals and supporting the catering team.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the daily cooking, in line with our site Food Safety Plan.
  • Your key responsibilities will include the preparation of food for our residents.
  • You will deliver the highest standard of client food services and ensure competency certification of all tasks undertaken.
  • You will observe and follow correct food handling policies and procedures as documented in the Food Safety Program.
  • You will complete all relevant monitoring documentation in regard to food safety.
What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery.
  • Food handling skills and previous experience within kitchen operations.
